Eligibility for the Price Guarantee: To qualify for the Price Guarantee, you must be a registered member and have made an individual hotel reservation on the DealPeak.com website or mobile app, specifically on the US version. This is referred to as a “Price Guarantee Eligible Booking.” If, by any chance, you find a lower rate for your Price Guarantee Eligible Booking on DealPeak.com, DealPeak.com’s app, or any other website, we will adhere to the following terms:
Claim Submission: You can submit a Price Guarantee claim from the moment you make your Price Guarantee Eligible Booking up to 24 hours before the local hotel check-in time on the day before your arrival. To make a claim, you must capture screen shots of the exact same room type, hotel, and bookings dates. This information must be emailed to sales@dealpeak.com. The lower price must be available for booking when you submit your claim.
Apples to Apples Comparison: The Price Guarantee is only valid for identical itineraries, including property name, location, room type, rate plan, occupancy, cancellation policy, and the same travel dates as when you made the Price Guarantee Eligible Booking. The comparison must be to the same hotel booked independently through another website, not as part of a hotel and air travel package.
Exclusions: The Price Guarantee covers only the cost of the booked hotel and excludes any taxes and fees collected by us at the time of booking. It does not apply to taxes or fees collected by third parties, such as those a hotel might collect directly from you during your stay. The Price Guarantee is not applicable to bookings on websites where the hotel details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed by the lower price, including residency, regional, and age-related requirements.
Number of Claims: You can make an unlimited number of Price Guarantee claims for a single booking. However, any subsequent claims will be based on the credited price, not the original booking price.
